More About The Author and Her Projects

Interested in what I'm working on now? Read on!

Do I have to tell those of you that there WILL be more Bailey adventures to come?  Well, I must say that I certainly expected to have at least two more books in this series published by now - but fate stepped in an altered my plans so I'm WAY behind.  HOWEVER, having said that, you can expect to see the next one (as yet untitled) in Fall, 2008.  There's a bit of a "teaser" posted at the link titled "Coming Attractions" if you'd like to get some hints......I'm hoping the teaser will whet your appetite for the new book and you will check back here from time to time for more.  I apologize to those of you who have written asking "where's the next book??".......I'm working on it - I promise!

Anything Else Going On?

Absolutely!  In addition to working on the sequel to "The Mystery of David’s Bridge", Pamela was the Volunteer Poetry Editor for Sun Rising Poetry Press’s "Cosmic Brownies" anthology now available from the publisher or Amazon, etc.  You may purchase this poetry anthology which includes a contribution from Maya Angelou and forty other writers by visiting the "BUY BOOKS" page on this website.  Sun Rising is an up and coming poetry press with lots of projects underway.

Her writing appears regularly in a variety of online magazines and in print as well in publications such as the brand new "Penwomanship" magazine.

Pamela also paints in her spare time - visit her personal website  to see some samples of her work.

Another unrelated novel is in the works as well.....it’s titled "The Door" and is a fantasy/thriller all about what happens when a painting captures the fancy of a newspaper reporter and she takes a journey through the painting - literally.  This book promises to be something quite different!

There’s always something being written in her home studio - and as more and more people become familiar with her interesting and comfortable writing style, and her way of drawing readers into her stories, her list of dedicated fans continues to grow.

Details......Details......!

Pamela resides in a small town about an hour and a half outside of Washington, DC, called Warrenton, Virginia.  It's close to the beautiful Shenandoah Valley and she draws on the surrounding area to provide details of the fictitious town of David's Bridge.

Her husband and her cat Sam are very supportive of her writing.  Sam makes an appearance in the second book as an orphan kitten that Bailey Ferrol's own cat Eddy finds in the yard and "adopts".

Pamela's an avid gardener and loves to travel.  That's a holdover from her upbringing as a "Service Brat" and daughter of a career Air Force officer.  She has one brother, Michael, and one sister, Carol.
